Established upon approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on June 14, 2006, GF Holdings (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited (GF Holdings (HK) is a Hong Kong-based wholly-owned subsidiary of GF Securities Co., Limited (stock code: 000776.SZ, 1776.HK), and is responsible for managing its businesses in Hong Kong and overseas markets. GF Holdings (HK), through its subsidiaries, is registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission and is licensed to conduct type 1, 4, 6 and 9 regulated activities. It offers comprehensive cross-border financial services including brokerage and wealth management, corporate finance, asset management and investment management to corporate, institutional and retail clients in Hong Kong and overseas.

Responsibilities:
Deal origination, proactive sourcing, market studies;
Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities;
Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation, drafting and negotiating of deal documentation;
Prepare detailed Investment Committee memos and presentations;
Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plan;
Oversee junior professionals in the development of detailed financial and cash flow projection models.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or Economics & Finance with excellent academic credentials;
7 to 10 years of work experience in private equity, corporate finance or strategy consulting, preferably with solid financial modelling and valuation expertise;
Exceptional financial modelling skills;
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines;
Strong business and investment acumen;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Entrepreneurial, takes own initiative, positive attitude, driven
Team player who shows leadership;
High level of integrity & honesty;
Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
