OUT-FO GROUP was established in 2008 in Hong Kong. It started as a small studio providing photography service to couples and families. Then across a decade or so, it expanded its business to the UK and Malaysia in providing similar services and achieved a great success.

Since 2018, the GROUP expanded its business into Event Management by not only providing our expertise in photography, but also providing venue and F&B matching solutions to our retail clients and corporate clients.

✧ 8 day-offs per month

✧ 25 days paid holiday

✧ Monthly Salary can be up to $60,000+ if achieving KPI target

Wedding Operation

Responsible for wedding preparation to on-site operation

Able to work independently for site supervision and coordination in Wedding events

Requested to work on holidays

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

Wedding Sales

Assist to handle the daily operations of sales team

Handle customers enquiries and maintain close relationship with existing customers in prefessional manner

Requested to work on holidays

Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Tech-savvy, good with details

Able to work cheerfully under pressure, juggle deadlines and priorities

Team player and good communication skills. Proficient in both Chinese and English writing, good at spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Strong Problem solving and organisational abilities

Knowledge of Hotel Sales & Catering System

Strong background in customer service orientation
